1. Fastag Bank and Platform Charges

FASTag issuer charges, agency charges, government-related charges, or other third-party charges paid as part of the FASTag service are non-refundable.These charges are collected or applied in accordance with the applicable rules of the concerned bank, FASTag issuer, agency or service provider.

2. FASTagSeva Service Fee.

The FASTagSeva service fee may be eligible for a refund only in specific circumstances and at the discretion of FASTagSeva.A refund of the service fee may be considered only when the customer provides a valid and genuine reason and the service request has not been completed or the service fee is otherwise eligible for refund.

3. Refund Eligibility and Submission

a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the case and the status of the service request.

4. Customer Information.

Customers are advised to verify the service, applicable charges, required documents and other details before making a payment.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds.

Where a refund is approved, only the eligible FASTagSeva service fee will be considered for refund. Bank, FASTag issuer, agency, government or other third-party charges will not be refunded.
