By using FASTagSeva services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Correct Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents while requesting any FASTag service.If incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or false information is provided by the customer, FASTagSeva will not be responsible for any resulting delay, rejection, activation issue, account restriction, or other consequences.

2. FASTag Activation

FASTag activation and related services are processed according to the applicable rules, requirements and procedures prescribed by the concerned FASTag issuer, NHAI and/or applicable government authorities.FASTagSeva does not independently determine the activation rules or eligibility requirements.

3. Changes in Rules and Policies

FASTag rules, KYC requirements, Annual Pass rules, toll-related procedures and other applicable policies may be changed or updated by NHAI, the Government of India, or the concerned FASTag issuer from time to time.FASTagSeva will make reasonable efforts to update the information and services provided on our website based on applicable updates available to us.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for staying informed about applicable FASTag rules, requirements and updates communicated by the concerned FASTag issuer, NHAI or government authorities.Customers must provide any additional information or documents required for their FASTag service when requested.

5. FASTag Account and Usage

Customers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of their FASTag and FASTag account.Any issue arising from incorrect information, failure to complete required KYC/KYV, insufficient balance, failure to follow applicable rules, or other customer-related circumstances shall remain the responsibility of the customer, subject to the applicable policies of the concerned FASTag issuer.

6. Service Processing

FASTagSeva assists customers with FASTag-related services. Final approval, activation, issuance, replacement, KYC/KYV verification and account-related decisions are subject to the applicable policies and systems of the concerned FASTag issuer and authorities.

7. Updates to These Terms

FASTagSeva may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, applicable rules, or regulatory requirements. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before using our services.

8. Fees and Service Charges

FASTag-related fees may vary depending on the FASTag issuer/bank, FASTag agency, applicable service charges, seller charges, and delivery requirements.The total amount payable may therefore differ from one seller or service provider to another. Charges are not necessarily the same across all sellers.Customers are advised to check the applicable FASTag fee, agency/service charges and delivery charges before making a payment.
